June Home Sales Report For Greater Cincinnati

Home sales and prices continued to bloom during May in Cincinnati.

The median sale price rose +5.3% comparing June 2018 to June 2019. And comparing the average sale prices in the same timeframe +3.7%.  And the average sale price rose a whopping +6.3% from May 2019.

The number on new listings continues to lag behind.  New listings were down -11.3%  from last month and down -11.2% from June 2018.

June’s numbers reflect slight gains in all the counties.  Warren County was slightly behind last year.
