The number of million-dollar-plus homes closing in June 2019 was slightly lower than June 2018. 18 versus 21 last year. And the average sale price was down from $1,528,026 in June 2018 compared to $1,300,406 this June.
Good news for high-end sellers, 2019 year to date prices is slightly higher than last year. $1,443,584 2019 YTD compared to $1,382,863 in 2018.

And if you actually review the detailed information the listings with the shortest shelf life sold at or very near list price.
