The median sale price rose +4.8% comparing May 2018 to May 2019. And comparing the average sale prices in the same timeframe +3.4%. However, the average sale price only increased +2.6% from April 2019 -so the market may be slowing down a bit.
The number on new listings continues to bounce around. New listings were up +3.5% from last month but down -3.2% from May 2018.
In May all the counties are ahead of last year’s numbers.
