Good news about listings! The number New Listings in April 2019 was 3,112 up 19.3% from 2,608 last month. And up 6.6% from 2,918 in April 2018.
In April all the counties surged ahead of last year’s numbers.

The average sale price for single-family home sales, in most counties continues to climb.
