The books are almost closed on April home sales in greater Cincinnati.

It will take another week or so before everything is entered into the MLS.  However, the first snapshot reflects prices holding steady and a dwindling number of homes for sale.

April sales were 2,298 up +3.5% from 2,221 in April of 2108. Year-to-Date sales for April were 6,987 and are -2.4% behind the same timeframe in 2018.
