The Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors released information about local sales for January 2019:
Local sales are slightly lower compared to January 2018 but prices continue to inch up. The graph below shows Cincinnati has slightly more homes for sale than last January. But with the shortage of listings, we’re still leaning toward a seller’s market.
The number of single-family homes sold/closed from January 1st through February 20th 0f 2109 is 1810 units versus 1961 units for the same time-frame last year. It’s too early to get excited over the slowdown because Cincinnatians don’t cope with snow and cold!
