Cincinnati real estate numbers for October 2018.

The number of homes for sale continues to decline.  We’re doing better than the first few months of 2018 but have a fewer number of homes for sale than October 2017.

Comparing the average sale price for single-family homes during the first 10 months of 2017 ($207,452 ) to 2018 ($221,726) our area experienced an increase of +6.5%. Same as last month.  The median sale price for January through October 2017 was $167,500 versus $180,000 for the same time frame in 2018.  A +7% increase.  The rise in the median reflects the overall rise in sale prices throughout Greater Cincinnati.

Good news for sellers the average sale price in all the counties continues to increase.
