Comparing the average sale price for single-family homes during the first 9 months of 2017 ($207,451 ) to 2018 ($221,750) our area experienced an increase of +6.5%.

Good news for sellers the average sale price in all the counties continues to increase.

September’s average Days on Market (DoM) remains very low at 30 days.  Year to date the average DoM is only 34.
