Cincinnati School DistrictUpdate on real estate activity in greater Cincinnati school districts.

Lots of today’s buyers shop for homes by the school district.  Several area school districts cross over several neighborhoods, townships or cities.  Real estate activity by the school district is a good sign of what’s happening in the area.  

Some of the school districts have a lot of new construction and sales are good.  However other areas had strong spring/summer sales seasons but began to slow down in August and September.
