May 2018 home sales update for Greater Cincinnati.

Home sales continue to outpace the number of new listings which continues to drive up sale prices in some areas.

Comparing the average sale price for single-family homes during the first 5 months of 2017 ($197,908) to 2018 ($213,463) our area experienced an increase of +7.3%.

Still suffering from fewer and fewer single family homes are for sale in Greater Cincinnati.  Down nearly -14% from the same time last year.
