Adding another Cincinnati company to the Fortune 500 is great news!

Greater Cincinnati gained a new Fortune 500 firm this year now has 9 companies on the annual list.

# 500:  Cintas, located in Mason is the latest local addition to the list.  Ranked 520 last year it jumped to 500 this year.

# 17: The Kroger Company moved up one spot to No. 17.  According to Fortune Kroger is the sixth-largest company in the Midwest and the second-largest in Ohio.

# 42: Procter & Gamble Co. also broke top 50. The company fell six spots since last year, placing at No. 42. 

 # 484: Fairfield-based Cincinnati Financial ) made the list for the 3rd consecutive year.

# 120: Macy’s Inc. 

# 366: Fifth Third Bancorp 

# 413: American Financial Group

# 461: AK Steel Holding

# 476: Western & Southern Financial Group
