April home sales update for Greater Cincinnati.

Cincinnati real estate update april 2018

Home sales continue to outpace the number of new listings which continues to drive up sale prices in some areas.

Comparing the average sale price for single-family homes during the first 4 months of 2017 ($195,435) to 2018 ($208,537) our area experienced an increase of +6.%.

Still suffering from fewer and fewer single family homes are for sale in Greater Cincinnati.  Down nearly -17% from the same time last year.

The average sale price in all the counties continues to increase.

Weatherwise we seemed to have skipped spring.  So if you’re waiting for Spring market- it’s come and gone.  Good weather and a few more homes on the market may bloom into a healthy summer real estate market.
