March Real Estate Sales Trends in Cincinnati

March trends in Greater Cincinnati real estate.

Home sales continue to outpace the number of new listings which continues to drive up sale prices in some areas.

Comparing the average sale price for single-family homes during the first 3 months of 2017 ($193,749) to 2018 ($205,881) our area experienced an increase of +6.26%.

Still suffering from fewer and fewer single family homes are for sale in Greater Cincinnati.  Down -15.61% from the same time last year.

Only Warren County is slightly behind sales for the same timeframe last year.
