March trends in Greater Cincinnati real estate.

Home sales continue to outpace the number of new listings which continues to drive up sale prices in some areas.

Comparing the average sale price for single-family homes during the first 3 months of 2017 ($193,749) to 2018 ($205,881) our area experienced an increase of +6.26%.

Still suffering from fewer and fewer single family homes are for sale in Greater Cincinnati.  Down -15.61% from the same time last year.

Hopefully, spring has finally arrived!  Anybody waiting for the spring real estate market better get moving.    Good weather and a few more homes on the market may bloom into a healthy summer real estate market.
