2017 Cincinnati Condo Market Report

The 2017 year-end Cincinnati condo report.

 The average sale price is up in all 4 counties.  The average sale price for condos in greater Cincinnati is $165,002  compared to $151,319  during the same time frame in 2016. A +8.% increase.

According to the Cincinnati Multiple Listing Service has 467 condos listed for sale.

2017 Cincinnati condo report

Clermont and Warren Counties have slightly lowered dollar volume compared to last year.   The average sale price is higher but the sales volume and number of condos sold is down.

The CincyMLS covers all the surrounding counties (as far north as Dayton) and sale prices do vary by areas.  As you’ll see the average sale price in all the counties increased from the same time frame last year.

New listings are down -36.6% from last month and down -9.0% from December 2016.

The dwindling number of condos for sale will continue to hurt buyers but could help lift selling prices for sellers.
