Cincinnati condos continue to sell!

 The average sale price is up in all 4 counties.  The average sale price for condos in greater Cincinnati is $164,802  compared to $149,953  during the same time frame in 2016.

According to the Cincinnati Multiple Listing Service has 501 condos listed for sale.

Clermont and Warren Counties have slightly lowered dollar volume compared to last year.   The average sale price is higher but the sales volume and number of condos sold is down.

The CincyMLS covers all the surrounding counties (as far north as Dayton) and sale prices do vary by areas.  As you’ll see the average sale price in all the counties increased from the same time frame last year.

New listings are down -18.8% from last month and up 4.8% from November  2016.  It’s important for buyers and sellers to have up-to-date information about local condo sales and listings before making any decisions.
