A mad dash for Cincinnati real estate before the end of the year.
 

The normal holiday “slow” down missed us this year.  Realtors© are super busy with both listings as well as trying to help buyers find something to buy.

595 homes and condos marked closed since and  693 are “pending” (sold but not closed) since December 1st. Agents have already scheduled 200+ open houses (homes and condos) for next weekend and numbers posted on the CincyMLS reflect the struggle to keep up with demand.
