The Pending sales are happening during a time when the number of homes for sale is at a historical low for the greater Cincinnati area. So you have to wonder why so many sellers are waiting for spring before they list their house for sale?
The average list price for the current sales is $208,557. 5 of the sales were for million-plus priced homes.
Holidays and real estate go well together and deals are happening on a daily basis. Buyers don’t expect you to take down decorations and are willing to see past wrapping paper and trees to look at properties in their price range.
