Are Cincinnati condos really selling?

The answer is yes!  The average sale price is up in all 4 counties and currently, the average sale price for condos in greater Cincinnati is $166,211  compared to $147,306  during the same time frame in 2016.

According to the Cincinnati Multiple Listing Service has 565 condos listed for sale.

Clermont County is the only county lagging behind when comparing sales to last year.  The average sale price is higher but the sales volume and number of condos sold is down.

The CincyMLS covers all the surrounding counties (as far north as Dayton) and sale prices do vary by areas.  As you’ll see the average sale price in all the counties increased from the same time frame last year.

The number of condos sold in October 2017 is almost equal to 2016.  However, the number of new listings is down -2.3% from last month and -1.7% from October of 2016.  It’s important for buyers and sellers to have up-to-date information about local condo sales and listings before making any decisions.
