Cincinnati condo sales through September 30, 2017.

The good news continues with the average sale price is up in all 4 counties. Currently, the average sale price for condos in greater Cincinnati is $166,585  compared to $144,543  during the same time frame in 2016.

According to the Cincinnati Multiple Listing Service has 552 condos listed for sale.

The CincyMLS covers all the surrounding counties (as far north as Dayton) and sale prices do vary by areas.  As you’ll see the average sale price in all the counties increased from the same time frame last year.

The number of condos sold in September 2017 is almost equal to 2016.  However, if your condo has been for sale longer than the average in your market area- adjust the list price.  Both buyers and sellers need to have up-to-date information about local condo sales and listings.
