The 2017 CiTiRAMA® will be held at Woodlawn Meadows, a development located in the Village of Woodlawn community off of Mayview Forest Drive October 7 – 15, 2017.  Woodlawn Meadows will feature 43 single family lots in the heart of the Village of Woodlawn.  It is located in the prestigious Princeton School District. 

The show will be open to the public daily from Saturday, October 7th through Sunday, October 15th.  The show hours are 4:00 – 9:00 PM Monday – Thursday and 12:00 Noon – 9:00 PM on Friday, Saturday and Sunday

CiTiRAMA® 2017 Tax Abatement Program:

All homes in the Woodlawn Meadows will be part of a “Special Assessment District.”  This district will have a 15-year tax abatement on all improvements.  The “Special Assessment” is estimated to be 50% of the regular taxes on a $200,000 improvement (per home).  Payments will be due after the bonds are placed (Sold).  This is only an estimate and is subject to change or evaluation.  The program is available on all 43 lots in the community.
