The good news continues with the average sale price is up in all 4 counties. Currently, the average sale price for condos in greater Cincinnati is $165,412  compared to $144,116  during the same time frame in 2016.

According to the Cincinnati Multiple Listing Service has 534 condos listed for sale.

As the number of listings and sales are down compared to August 2016.  Both buyers and sellers need to have up-to-date information about local condo sales and listings.

More condo listings are needed as the number of listings continues to dwindle. Many potential sellers have settled in for the fall.  Many are planning on waiting until spring to list or relist. That’s a mistake because there are lots of buyers just waiting to write a contract.
