The latest update on condo sales in Cincinnati through July 31, 2017

The good news continues with the average sale price is up in all 4 counties. Currently, the average sale price for condos in greater Cincinnati is $164,506  compared to $145,153 during the same time frame in 2016.

According to the Cincinnati Multiple Listing Service has 514 condos listed for sale.

The CincyMLS covers all the surrounding counties (as far north as Dayton) and sale prices do vary by areas.  As you’ll see the average sale price in all the counties increased from the same time frame last year.

More condo listings are needed as the number of listings continues to dwindle.
