Headline worthy news, the average sale price is up in all 4 counties. Currently, the average sale price for condos in greater Cincinnati is $165,845  compared to $143,128 during the same time frame in 2016.- 

According to the Cincinnati Multiple Listing Service has 528 condos listed for sale.

The CincyMLS covers all the surrounding counties (as far north as Dayton) and sale prices do vary by areas.  As you’ll see the average sale price in all the counties increased from the same time frame last year.
