Cincinnati real estate retrospective where prices recouped losses in 2015 and continue to climb.

The average sale price for single-family homes in Greater Cincinnati is back to pre-bust levels.  The average sale price for through the end of June is $2015,044.  That’s good news for many sellers who were waiting for prices to bounce back.   Buyers may have to wait out the summer months for a slowdown in the price hikes and more homes for sale before they jump back into the Cincinnati real estate market.
