The Parade Craze Tour of new homes begins this weekend!

And it could be happening in a neighborhood near you. In what’s advertised as a “scatter site” tour of homes in varying degrees of completion -from drywall to finished- is an unique event providing access to 15 builders presenting 41 new homes in a variety of price ranges.
Looking for a new home or just looking to get ideas the “Craze” has something for everybody and it’s open on Saturdays and Sundays, noon till 6 pm beginning this weekend and ending Sunday May 1st. Best part the cost to see the Parade Craze of New Homes – Free! But you’ll need a ticket which can be found online or by downloading the Parade Craze mobile app for Apple or Android phones.
The event begins 0n 4/8 and runs for four weekends every Saturday and Sunday (except 4/16)
The Home Builders Association of Greater Cincinnati is offering a prize and the more homes you visit the more entries that you will have for the weekend drawing and for the grand prize drawing. No need to rush or try to visit too many homes in one day, your ticket is good for the entire show”.
