The 2017 real estate market is off to a record start in the greater Cincinnati area.  

The details about Cincinnati’s pricey real estate found in the Multiple Listing Service of Greater Cincinnati (01-01-17 through 02/26/17) highlights listings and sales of both single family homes and condos throughout our area.

The top 10 highest priced single family homes listed (by a variety of real estate companies) range in price from $2,849,000 to $7,999,000:

A record start to 2017 in the local housing market was re-enforced by high ticket sales/closings in the single family home market:
