January single family home sales in greater Cincinnati got off to a strong start in 2017.

The average days on market (DOM) in January was 25 -very, very low due to the shortage of single family homes for sale.  Another interesting tidbit, median home sale price in January of 2015 was $122,000, in 2016 $128,000 and this year – $150,00.

All the data used to make the chart was extracted from The Multiple Listing Service of Cincinnati.  The information is for single family homes sales only and covers through the end of January, 2017.

The area definitely needs more homes listed for sale -now!
