Who is buying real estate in Cincinnati?
According to the National Association of Realtors latest Profile of Home Buyers & Sellers the median age of all 1st time home buyers is 31 years old. Keeping Current Matters reports that “old millennials” age range 25-36 years old are the largest group of buyers. As rents continue to climb “old millennials” are finding that home ownership makes financial sense.
