Single family home sales continue at a rapid pace often leaving buyers in the middle of bidding wars in some neighborhoods. Comparing the average sale price for single family homes during the first the 1st quarter of 2015 –$170,532 versus $178,899 in 2016 a 4.7%+ increase.
The total number of listing continues to decline- much to the delight of sellers.
The number of homes available for sale is currently at its lower level in 3 years.

3 of the counties remain ahead of last year. Warren County remains slightly below 2015 in average sale price even though the gross dollar volume and number of sales increased.
