Cincinnati Is Highly Ranked as Great Place for College Grads to Live

Forbes ranked Cincinnati  #15 for young professionals, while NerdWallet placed it at #20 on its list of best cities for recent college grads.

Nearly 20% percent of Cincinnati’s population is between the ages of 20 and 29 years old and 35.% percent of its population over the age of 25 has a bachelor’s degree or higher according to NerdWallet.  Furthermore, according the the article “rental costs about 19%  percent of a college graduate’s income and the median earnings for a resident 25 or older with a bachelor’s degree is $41,495”.

And despite the political bickering, the development of the Banks as well as the streetcar has attracted more people to not only work but live in Cincinnati.  Any doubts about the impact of downtown development try to find standing room at The Banks on opening day or anyplace to eat dinner in OTR (Over-the-Rhine) without a long wait time!
