Unfortunately comparing year-to-date sales for condos show are slipping in all the counties except Butler.    According to the Multiple Listing Service of Greater Cincinnati:

The year-to-date sales sea-saw up and down.  The number of condos sold in Butler County increased but the sales prices went down,  Hamilton County  lost traction in sales and prices and Warren County was split -lower number sales and higher prices.  Clermont came out the winner with higher number sales and prices.

The highest price sale/closing during July in Butler County was on Poppy Lane for $302,450, Clermont -on Valley Forge for $280,000, Hamilton County had a tie between Oregon and Adams Landing for $1,200,000 and finally in Warren County on Falling Brook for $365,000.

Real estate activity generally falls off a little bit during August with last minute vacations and back-to-school activities.  Marketing – great shape and easy to show and pricing become the most important elements leading to a successful sale of your condo.
