Year End Sales Results for Condos in Greater Cincinnati

2014 ended on a positive note for condo sales in greater Cincinnati.

Once again another super month for condo sellers in Hamilton county and continuing modest gains for the other three counties.  According to the Multiple Listing Service of Greater Cincinnati sales volume by county:

All the counties contine to exceed sales volume -2013 vs 2014. And at the end of 2014 all the counties but Butler also had higher average sale prices versus the same timeframe in 2013.

In the 4 counties during the 2013 vs 2014: 2408 condos sold in 2013 vs. 2408 in 2014.Comparing the time frame fro 2013 vs 2014 – 1932 condos/sold closed in 2103 vs. 2211 in 2014.  The average sale price in 2013 $137,137 vs. $147,113 in 2014. It’s hard to predict what will happen to the local Cincinnati condo market in 2015 but as many complexes clear up short sales/foreclosures and get their books in order- next year has the potential to pass 2014’s numbers.
