Cincinnati condo sales durning October reveals interesting results!

According to the Multiple Listing Service of Greater Cincinnati sales volume by county:

Overall sales volume is higher in all 4 counties with Hamilton County leading the way with a super closing month.  January through October stats for condo sales show an increase in the number of units sold as well as an increase in the sales price (sales price dropped in Butler County) which accounts for the continued growth in the greater Cincinnati condo market.

Mariemont, in Hamilton County, accounts for the higher sales prices -with an average sale price of $715,580.  And because the majority of the condos in Mariemont are new constrcution it’s no surprise the list price/sale price ratio is 116.17%.  It’s common for buyers to add items to base price during the construction phase.
