Greater Cincinnati’s Top Real Estate Sales in September

Sold HouseTalk about real estate and somebody always has questions and while the highest price sales may not be in your neighborhood- it’s fun to know where the high ticket properties are selling.  So in case you’re wondering about the top real estate sales.

During September (according to the Multiple Listing Service of Greater Cincinnati) 1326 single family homes and 229 condos closed.   And while greater Cincinnati real estate prices have not fully recovered if you look at prices from October, 2010 you’ll see a nice increase in sold prices.

The top 10 home sales (Butler, Clermont, Hamilton and Warren Counties) single family homes:

The sales reflect an active at the higher price ranges and sales throughout all the counties and Mariemont is currently breaking record for high end condo sales.
