Condo Market Update for Cincinnati

Wondering how condos are selling in greater Cincinnati?  Just look at the update below.

Another great month for condo sellers in Hamilton county and modest gains for the other three counties.  According to the Multiple Listing Service of Greater Cincinnati sales volume by county:

Condo Sales

All the counties are enjoying robust condo sales-and Hamilton County continues to push the limits.  Sales volume – the number of units sold is up and is making up for slightly lower sales prices in Butler and Clermont.

From January through August 275 condos are currently pending sales (sold but not closed) and 1900 condos have closed in the four counties.  The average sale price is $149,140.  The highest priced condo currently on the market is listed for $2,250,000 and is located on Pike Street downtown.  Hyde Park boasts the highest sale price for the penthouse on Michigan Avenue -selling for $2,200,000.
