There are 2 communities linked by Springfield Pike with similar “housing stock”. Going north from Cincinnati the first community is Wyoming and after a short drive up “The Pike” you would find The Village of Glendale.
Both locations have a number of older homes and areas where newer (15-30 years old) and new construction continues anywhere with enough land to build a single home or a small street. Driving through either neighborhood visitors can always find the local bakery, deli and construction trucks remodeling this and that. Wyoming is larger and houses close to 9000 residents while Village of Glendale boasts approximately 2200 residents. The real estate market in both communities has been active this year.
