Once again condo sales in Hamilton County condo sales are galloping ahead of last year while Butler County is losing steam. Both Clermont and Warren Counties just manage to increase sales volume slightly. According to the Multiple Listing Service of Greater Cincinnati sales volume by county:
The average sales price is higher in Hamilton and Warren Counties and lower in Butler and Clermont. The average sale price in Butler County sunk from $95,885 in 2013 to $89,639.

From January through May 482 condos are pending sales (sold but not closed) and 1016 condos have closed in the four counties. The average sale price is $140,830. Buyers are out shopping but many condo associations have decided not to seek FHA approval -needed so buyers can obtain FHA financing. The lack of affordable mortgages has slowed the sale of condos in some areas.
