Looking for a home or condo within a certain school district?  House hunting by school district is fairly common within the greater Cincinnati real estate market.

So, as many of you have requested, I’m adding median list prices for 7 of the larger school districts.  Many of the highlighted districts cover several neighborhoods -for example the Princeton School District covers Sharonville, Springdale, Evendale and Glendale.  Many buyers assume that all properties within certain neighborhood are located in the same school district- but most school districts are not shaped like a perfect square of rectangle.  If the school district is your primary concern make sure you and your agent search by school district and not suburb codes.

Each area, neighborhood and complex within each school district has unique pricing characteristics-make sure you look at not only the average/median list prices but also the absorption rate and the prices of recently sold properties.
