Did Greater Cincinnati Condo Sales Increase or Decrease During March?

Condo sales in greater Cincinnati are hot in some markets and not so hot in others.

Hamilton County condo sales are galloping ahead of last year while Butler is hanging on- Clermont and Warren Counties are falling behind.  10 of the sales above $400,000 were condos listed in the city, 3 in Madeira, 2 in Mariemont with random sales in Hyde Park and Mason.  The highest recorded sale was for a condo in the heart of Hyde Park for $2,200,000.

Greater Cincinnati Condo Sales Volume

Good news the average sales price is higher in Hamilton and  Butler Counties, down a little in Warren and roughly $24,000 less in Clermont.

From January through March 247 condos showed up as pending sales (sold but not closed) and 500 condos have closed so the buyers are definitely fueling the market by snapping up good deals.  Now that nice weather has finally arrived (hopefully) more buyers should be out on the hunt to find the perfect condo or home.
