What a difference a year makes in the greater Cincinnati real estate market.

Last year’s Homearama struggled to showcase 6 homes priced slightly lower than previous years.  This year’s show which runs from July 12-July 27 @ Carriage Hill in Liberty Township is already going full speed ahead.  According to publicity the homes will range in square footage from 5,000 square feet to 12,000 square feet….and  range in price from $1,000,000 to $2,300,000.
