The number of new listings hitting the market continues to fall short to meet buyer demand…and many properties are sold within days of appearing in the CincyMLS.
According to the Multiple Listing Service of Greater Cincinnati potential buyers have 7380 single family homes and 1268 condos – slightly fewer single family homes and condos on the market since the last zip code report.

The weather is cooperating, as are interest rates, first time home buyer programs and motivated sellers.  All the local market needs right now- is more homes and condos for sale.  Call me if you’re thinking about selling your property.
