In February 2012, the Multiple Listing Service of Greater Cincinnati had over 11,000 homes and condos for sale. In February of 2013 the s year the inventory is below 9500 properties.

Today’s housing stock is hovering around 8500 home and condos for sale. Buyers turned up the steam by closing on 1899 properties during the first 6 weeks of 2013 compared to 1452 during the same time frame in 2013. In January of 2014 –1163 properties closed.
