A new way to look at homes around greater Cincinnati

According to the Multiple Listing Service of Greater Cincinnati potential buyers have 7302 single family homes and 1230 condos – a significant drop in the number of single family homes while holding steady with the number of condos listed since the last zip code report.

More agents are setting appointments to show houses and condos-as weather weary buyers are looking to move on.  Last Sunday’s Open Houses experienced high levels of activity too.  So while your agent may be driving a dog-sled to get around town, buyers are figuring out ways to jump around snow banks and shop for real estate.  The low number of properties for sale have prompted small bidding wars on some new listings.  Buyers need to be ready to make a decent offer on well priced new listings.
