Back to basics in the local real estate market.  Lots of buyers looking for property in perfect condition at rock bottom prices.  Not enough single family homes and condos for sale and sellers cannot understand why they need to drop listing prices.  It’s a new year and decisions need to be made by both sellers and buyers-wait for the perfect deal or get real and do what needs to be done to put deals together.  It’s a decision that needs to be made……sooner rather than later.

According to the Multiple Listing Service of Greater Cincinnati potential buyers have 7496 single family homes and 1208 condos – a drop in the number of listings for sale.

Once again weather changes are impacting the number of showings and overall market activity.  If you listed in the fall (or earlier) make sure to get pictures updated currently listed in the MLS’s.   2014 is starting off well and hopefully the real estate activity of 2013 continues throughout this year.
