Real Estate Update for Greater Cincinnati Townships

The holidays and weather changes calls for local buyers and sellers to make some “seasonal adjustments”.

Seasonal Adjustments in Real Estate

Too many flowers and not enough buyers equals a bad season for nursery sales- too few homes and disenchanted buyers equals a slow season when it comes to homes for sale in Cincinnati.

And the lack of homes and condos for buyers to see and hopefully buy equates to lower median list prices.  It doesn’t make sense but if the local real estate market has always reacted to shrinking inventory with shrinking buyer interest.  Data pulled from the Multiple Listing Service of Greater Cincinnati shows that potential buyers have 8099– single family homes and 1295 – another drop in the number of single family homes and condos listed for sale since the last township report.
