Compared to last month, sales continue to outpace last year.  Activity in Hamilton County reflects buyers looking to stay close to the City -and especially the downtown area.

And along with increasing sales volume, the average sale prices except in Clermont County are higher than last year.

The high ticket sales in each of the counties are, in most cases, ahead of last year which indicates that some of the buyers who had been waiting for a recovery are beginning to spend money….whether the spending effect trickles down to the lower price ranges will be a good indicator of what the winter real estate market.  Condo sale prices in both Butler and Hamilton Counties exceeded last year but Clermont and Warren Counties experienced some price slippage.
