The charts indicate a consistent increase in the average sales prices for all the townships but Green Township.  As the number of pending sales decrease slightly -sellers can expect to begin making adjustments to list prices in the next few weeks…or be willing to sit on the market through the winter months.

The data pulled from the Multiple Listing Service of Greater Cincinnati shows that potential buyers have 9166– single family homes and 1338 – a drop in the numbers since the last township report.

The median list prices for the townships experienced numerous shifts -both up and down- during the past few weeks.  Only Liberty Township is ahead for single family homes and condos.  Remember each neighborhood is experiencing different sales patterns so if you’re thinking about selling you need to review comps for your specific area and not data covering the entire greater Cincinnati real estate.
