Greater Cincinnati High Fives Home Sales

The “high fives” are comprised of highest priced closings from January 1st through September 30th of this year.

High 5Noteworthy items- the shorter the time on the market -the closer the sale price was to the original list price.  Clermont County is bursting with new construction where many buyers are upgrading even more and driving the sale price higher than the asking price.  And in Hamilton County all the sales were “for cash”!
