Local homes sales in greater Cincinnati continue to chug along!

So far a smooth ride for single family home sales in Greater Cincinnati.  Continued low interest rates and great weather have enticed buyers into the real estate market.

Home Sales Volume for Greater Cincinnati

Last month’s report reflected increase in gross sales volume for single family homes in all four counties and according to the Multiple Listing Service of Greater Cincinnati overall sales volume continues to beat last year’s numbers- but the average sales has dropped ever so slightly in a few counties.
